Below is a list of available action types when creating a note and how they should be used to make sure notes are easily trackable on a record. Utilizing notes allows you to easily store data, activity and search for previous updates within Bullhorn.

AP Setup | Use when Accounts Payable information has been setup initially or any changes made |
Appointment | Use when a general appointment has been scheduled or to log an employee appointment |
AR Note | Use to log any AR related communication such as: emails, phone calls, remittance notes, payment status updates |
Candidate Check-In | Use for a general Check-In with a candidate to touch on potential jobs or a touch base for a non-active employee candidate |
Candidate Onboarding Follow-Up | Use to log any type of follow up with an onboarding employee |
Client Follow-Up | Use for a general client check-in/follow up |
Client Visit | Use for a general client on-site visit |
Company Bill Setup Change | Use for noting any changes that have been made to a billing profile or invoice term change to active arrangements. |
Company Billing Adjustment | Use for any Billing Adjustments made for a client that doesn't involve correcting an invoice directly. Such as a new invoice, providing a discount or surcharge. |
Company Credit Review | Use for logging any activity/updates regarding a company credit such as: Credit Requests, Credit Approval/Denials, Credit Changes etc. |
Contact Update | Use for general changes to a contact record that should be logged such as: changes in responsibilities, staffing needs, contact info changes |
Log for any email communication that happened outside of the CRM/ATS | |
Inbound Call | Use to log an inbound call from any record type |
Invoice Correction | Use to log any invoice corrections that have occurred for a company. Should be logged on a Placement, Job or AP Contact record |
Job Review Request | Use to request a job to be reviewed for any changes made such as pay/bill changes, responsibility changes |
Job Code Update | Use to note any updates on the job code assigned to a job order |
Job Close Reason | Use to note a specific/detailed reason a job order was closed |
Left Message | Use to leave details information on a voicemail left on an unanswered phone call |
Onboarding Docs Sent | Use to log when an onboarding document or package was sent to an employe (will be automated when sent via OTE) |
Onboarding Docs Completed | Use to log when an onboarding document or package was completed to an employe (will be automated when sent via OTE) |
Other | Use for any other note that does not align with the available Action Types |
Outbound Call | Use to log an outbound call from any record type |
Prescreen | Use to log notes for a presceen call |
Survey | Use to log any survey feedback from a candidate (Can be automated to send survery post placement and log the results of the survey). Per customized request |
Unemployment Claim | Use to log details of an unemployment claim for a candidate. Should be used on a specific placement to track where the claim occurred from |
WC Code Update | Use to note any updates on the wc code assigned to a job order |
Workers Comp Claim | Use to log updates, appointments and progress of a workers comp claim that has occurred. Log on a placement record to track where the claim comes from |
